Hi my name is Nadia Kajee, I am Proudly South African. Since a very young age I've taken a liking in cooking and baking and was very fortunate to have a amazing grandmother/best friend to teach me everything i know today.
My dreams for my future is to travel across the world and try all the amazing dishes that they have to offer. I would also love to meet my role model (Jamie Oliver) who i have idolized since a little girl and get to experience cooking with him in the kitchen.
I hope to inspire all my blog readers and follow me through my journey of discovering the most amazing dishes out there from old school to the new school dishes from all cultures.
